This Privacy Policy uses to the services, website(s) provided, mobile application(s) provided and/or the business conducted,by GREEN ECONOMY AB (collectively and individually referred to as “EUBike”, "we", "our", "us"). 

What personal data do we collect?

When ordering, registering, responding to survey, subscribing to a newsletter on our site, you may be asked to enter data such as, but not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, credit card information. Much of the information we hold will have been provided by you, but some may come from other internal sources, or in some cases, external sources. Such data is only collected to meet legal obligations, fulfil agreements, or if it is in our legitimate interest to handle or if a consent to specific use has been explicitly given.

How do we protect your information?

EUBike values the personal integrity and confidentiality of PII and process PII with care. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized disclosure, we also have appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure Personal Data collected.

Do we disclose your information to Third-party?

How do you update, change, or request your personal data?

You have the right to update, change, or request access or erasure of your personal data. If you have provided consent for the processing of your data you have the right (in certain circumstances) to withdraw that consent at any time which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent was withdrawn. We will respond to your personal data request within 30 days.

What if a data breach occurs? 

We have measures in place to safeguard and secure Personal Data and prevent any unauthorized disclosure or data breach. In the event of data breach, we will notify you in due course and notify the data protection authority within 72 hours in the event of a data breach incident.
